The Matter of the Heart and Lungs
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension is a rare, progressive disease that causes dangerously high blood pressure in the lungs, placing immense strain on the heart and a premature death.
Most patients are young women, and due to vague symptoms, the condition is often diagnosed too late. Research is essential — and underfunded.

This is a curated, heart-healthy menu crafted by chef Onno Pel, where delicate oysters and refined seasonal creations come together in a dining experience inspired by care, elegance, and sustainability.
We are delighted to accommodate any dietary requirements and will tailor the menu to your needs. The menu is complemented by an aperitif and carefully paired table drinks, available both alcoholic and non-alcoholic to suit your preference. The minimum menu price per guest is €89.50.
